Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years client management experience in financial services, ad agency or credit card sectors.
• Experience in account-focused corporate service environments such as consulting or agencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with senior client officers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executive and Debt Cancellation clients to market products and improve profitability.
• Lead changes to programs and initiatives for clients.
• Coordinate program setup, changes, documentation, training, and implementation across internal teams.
• Drive relationships with marketing, accounting, IT and call center leadership to implement recommended changes.
• Listen to client concerns and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Prepare persuasive client communications and presentations for business development and training.
• Conduct analyses to identify root causes of trends and share findings with stakeholders.
• Initiate and manage projects with other functions to address client issues.
• Prioritize workload during peak demand and manage budgets.
