Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and track client orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Review art proofs for branding compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed price estimates and manage promotional orders.
• Coordinate complex projects such as bulk orders and conferences.
• Maintain client storefronts and upload custom collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
