Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• 5+ years client management experience in financial services or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executive and Debt Cancellation clients to market products and improve profitability.
• Lead program setup, changes, and updates to internal systems and training.
• Coordinate with marketing, accounting, IT, and call center leadership to implement changes.
• Listen to client concerns and articulate solutions to opportunities.
• Develop persuasive presentations for business development and training.
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenditures.
