Stfrancis is seeking a motivated student for a Client Success internship in Overland Park, Kansas. You will support client account administration, assist with billing reviews, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery.

You will gain hands-on experience with real client processes, mentorship from industry professionals, and exposure to opportunities for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 strongly preferred.
• Active involvement in campus, community, or other volunteer activities preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Interest in learning and contributing to a variety of Client Success functions.
• Prior internship or office experience a plus, but not required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Support client account administration by maintaining accurate records, validating data, and updating internal systems.
• Assist with billing reviews, reconciliations, and quality assurance audits to ensure operational accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to client activity, service performance, and account trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and resolve client inquiries and operational issues.
• Document processes, maintain team resources, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
