Job summary

Stfrancis is offering a hands-on internship in Overland Park, KS to support client implementation activities. You will organize project information, update trackers, and assist with deployment documentation while gaining exposure to training materials and stakeholder communications.

You will participate in meetings, document decisions, and maintain accurate records, with mentorship from experienced professionals and opportunities for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, management, marketing, or communications.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
• Active involvement in campus/community/volunteer activities preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Interest in learning and contributing to client implementation functions.
• Prior internship or office experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time without requiring future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client launch preparation by organizing project information and updating trackers.
• Support equipment preparation, inventory tracking, shipping coordination, and deployment documentation.
• Help prepare training materials, client communications, meeting agendas, and other implementation resources.
• Participate in project meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Assist with training and deployment activities under the guidance of the Implementation team.
• Maintain accurate client and project records in designated systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and support milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve routine workflows and documentation.
