Katalyst CRO is seeking a motivated Staffing Operations & Client Support Intern to assist with daily staffing operations, client communications, and administrative activities. Collaborate with staffing operations, account management, and recruitment teams to coordinate client requests and track activities.

This internship provides hands-on experience in staffing operations, customer relationship management, and workforce processes, with exposure to ATS, VMS, and reporting tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or Communications.
• Ability to work full-time (20 to 40 hours per week).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interested in staffing operations and client services.

Aufgaben

• Serve as point of contact for routine client inquiries under supervision.
• Coordinate staffing requirements with clients, MSPs, and internal teams.
• Track staffing activities and candidate submissions.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS, VMS, and internal databases.
• Prepare daily and weekly status updates and reports.
