Core & Main in St. Louis is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to serve as the crucial link between customers, outside sales, and branch operations. You will support order execution, coordinate project requirements, resolve inquiries, and help ensure a smooth sales-to-delivery process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with a passion for problem-solving and teamwork to help customers receive the right products on time in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: ERP systems experience and familiarity with inventory, procurement, logistics.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding orders, product availability, pricing inquiries, and order status.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and transportation teams.
• Monitor orders and communicate delays, backorders, or service disruptions.
• Support branch operations and maintain accurate customer data in company systems.
