Soulside AI in the United States is seeking a client success professional to own the day-to-day operational engine of our client portfolio. You will run implementations, deliver training, triage support, and ensure commitments are tracked to closure as we scale.

This high-ownership role partners with the Director of Client Success and engineering, shaping the playbook for CS as the company grows. You excel with people and thrive in a fast-moving health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in healthcare implementation or CS roles.
• Experience with an EHR platform and healthcare workflows.
• Strong written communication with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own 6-8 accounts end to end with weekly touchpoints.
• Lead implementation logistics and training for new clients.
• Triage support issues and route to engineering with context.
• Develop SOPs and knowledge base materials.
