Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Client Project Implementation Consultant to serve as the primary client contact during implementation, solving pain points to drive business growth. You will transfer knowledge on best practices and the Motility product suite, while configuring solutions and leading end-user training.

Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, developing configurations, facilitating technical deployments, and coordinating with leadership to keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of professional services/technology consulting or sales engineering experience in software.
• Ability to travel (up to 80%), travel to Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and general programming methodologies and software architecture.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to convey technical information in an easy to understand way.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
• Assist external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
• Communicate with leadership internally and externally to keep the project aligned with their goals.
