Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Client Project Implementation Consultant to be the main client contact during implementation, translating requirements into configurations and best practices. You will train users and support end-to-end deployment of the Motility suite across client environments.

Strong communication, presentation skills, and ability to travel (up to 80%) are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in professional services/tech consulting/sales engineering with a software focus.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including travel to Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and software architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with <2 moving violations in 3 years and no DUI/DWI in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
• Assist external clients in implementing technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation.
• Communicate with leadership internally and externally to keep the project aligned with goals.
