Job summary

The Juris Agency in Santa Clarita is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative / Marketer to support customer service and business growth. You will help retain customers, identify opportunities, generate referrals, and connect with prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing customers.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are addressed and resolved.
• Thank customers for their business and look for opportunities to strengthen relationships.
• Assist with customer appreciation efforts and outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate annual customer reviews with account executives.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products and services.
• Proactively reach out to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain renewal/expiration dates for future follow-ups.
• Schedule customer and prospect appointments for the agency team.
• Conduct outbound calls using scripts and campaigns.
• Assist with marketing communications, including postcards and letters.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information in agency systems.
• Keep profiles, notes, appointments, and contact records current and organized.
• Monitor activities, alerts, and marketing tasks.
• Document interactions and follow-up activities accurately.
• Meet production and customer service goals set by management.
• Stay current on products, services, procedures, and agency initiatives.
• Continuously develop professional skills.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
