Qualificações

• Three+ years of experience managing insurance accounts or servicing client policies.
• Clear explanation of complex insurance coverage details to policyholders.
• Accurate documentation of client interactions and policy changes.
• Experience with agency management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders with a welcoming approach.
• Review existing client policies to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and on time.
• Manage incoming calls and emails to ensure clients feel heard and valued.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency software.
