Job summary

TouchPoint, part of Cass Information Systems, is seeking a Client Success Manager in St. Louis, MO to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensure they realize the value of Cass services.

You will coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations, monitor engagements in Salesforce, and lead client reviews to expand service adoption and revenue. This role requires effective communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of combined experience in client relations, sales, and management in a business-to-business services company.

Responsibilities

• Develop business development strategies for assigned clients to expand relationships and increase revenue.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to identify high level customer contacts and key decision makers.
• Manage client engagements using Salesforce and deliver reporting on SLA's, XLA's, and opportunities.
• Communicate Cass's value proposition and ensure client understanding of ongoing services.
