Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, data processing or related area.
• 2 years of progressively complex systems experience in a technical or customer service environment.
• 2-4 years of customer relations experience in a technical service environment with progressive responsibilities in managing dedicated accounts.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages service activities with assigned clients and communicates authoritatively.
• Demonstrates Cass services to clients and recommends processing improvements.
• Coordinates assignment and management of client priorities.
• Analyzes issues and requests, including technical changes, and communicates solutions.
• Creates and maintains a detailed project log for system enhancements and improvements.
• Ensures successful delivery of new solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Keeps internal resources and clients informed of significant issues promptly.
• Represents the company positively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Shares knowledge and mentors fellow employees.
