Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, data processing or related field.
• 2-4 years of customer relations experience in a technical or business service environment.
• 1-2 years of account management experience with dedicated accounts.
• Experience with church management software is preferred for TouchPoint Business Unit.

Responsabilités

• Independently manages all service activities and communicates to develop an authoritative relationship.
• Demonstrates Cass services and tools to improve process efficiency and quality.
• Responds to internal and client questions and processing issues per procedures.
• Coordinates assignment and management of customer priorities.
• Analyzes issues and communicates solutions to customers, including technical changes to systems.
• Drives process improvements and maintains project logs for system enhancements.
• Delivers new solutions according to customer needs and objectives; keeps stakeholders informed.
• Trains and mentors fellow employees as needed.
• May support assigned accounts with BPO resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
