Houchens Insurance Group INC. seeks a dedicated Insurance Client Services Specialist to handle requests from policyholders via mail, phone or in person, delivering timely information on policies and endorsements.

You will provide daily client service, manage calls and emails, maintain policy files, prepare renewals, and support marketing and cross-department collaboration to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualificações

• At least three years related insurance experience and/or training, preferably handling personal line accounts; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes and answers requests from policyholders via mail, telephone or in person.
• Provides daily service to and builds relationships with clients by managing phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Renewal marketing: remarkets current client policies and prepares renewal presentations.
• Works with team and other departments to discuss execution of strategies and assist in training.
