You will partner with company leaders to drive growth, improve customer experience, ensure compliant processes, and manage billing, payroll, and vendor relationships.

Strong communication, proven leadership, and budget accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• 5–10 years of experience leading multiple landscape operations.
• Experience effectively managing others and budgeting.
• Proficiency with Aspire is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement goals, processes to grow grounds maintenance and seasonal services.
• Drive a culture of delivery and continual customer experience improvements.
• Ensure effective communication protocols across teams and clients.
• Build professional client relationships with internal departments.
• Resolve property issues and keep Client Managers informed.
• Oversee billing, payroll, and subcontractor contracts/payments.
• Lead safety training and PPE management for branch staff.
• Train crews and share best practices for safe work.
• Evaluate equipment use and participate in estimates.
• Recruit, select, and hire branch personnel as needed.
• Manage team performance and accountability.
