Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Client Manager in Cincinnati, OH to build strong relationships with client contacts and coordinate projects from estimation through completion. The role partners with the broader project team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and identify opportunities to sell additional solutions.

The role is hybrid in Cincinnati, OH and requires travel as needed. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in account management within creative/design or market research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years previous account management experience in a Creative Design Agency, Market Research firm or similar consulting environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).

Responsibilities

• Builds effective relationships with client contacts and coordinates projects from estimation to completion.
• Supports the Account Team in increasing revenue through selling additional products and services.
• Develops proposals to capture account growth and new business opportunities.
• Ensures meeting volume and revenue targets for each account.
• Serves as day-to-day contact for clients, suppliers, and the Account team; provides timely responses.
• Translates client requests into detailed instructions for project teams.
• Ensures accurate and timely invoices with proper supporting evidence throughout the lifecycle.
• Partners with Client Integration and Account Team for smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
• Manages and balances marketing budgets to maximize ROI and drive incremental sales.
• Provides pricing and promotional planning expertise.
