Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of account management experience in a Creative Design Agency, Market Research firm or similar environment.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships with client contacts.
• Coordinate projects from estimation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional solutions to meet client needs.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients, suppliers, and account teams.
• Ensure high-quality client deliverables and timely invoicing.
