Job summary

Renova One is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Jacksonville to coordinate customer orders, manage fulfillment communications, and support material procurement. You will work closely with vendors, warehouses, and operations to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with CRM/ERP software and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or client support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating orders, deliveries, with vendors/suppliers is preferred
• Knowledge of purchase orders, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment workflows is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and coordinate fulfillment for timely delivery
• Be primary contact for customers on order status, availability, scheduling
• Collaborate with vendors, warehouse, and operations to support fulfillment
• Assist with purchasing: obtain pricing, create POs, coordinate material orders
• Track order status and updates to customers and stakeholders
• Maintain records of orders, POs, vendor communications
• Coordinate with teams to ensure materials meet requirements
• Resolve discrepancies and delays with suppliers and operations
• Support inventory replenishment and stock monitoring
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and fulfillment processes
