Job summary

Renova One is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Jacksonville to coordinate customer orders, manage fulfillment communications, and support material procurement. You will work closely with vendors, warehouses, and operations to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

The Client Service Specialist serves as a key point of contact for customers while supporting order fulfillment and purchasing activities. This role is responsible for coordinating customer orders, managing communication throughout the fulfillment process, assisting with material procurement, and working closely with vendors, warehouse teams, and operations staff to ensure exceptional service and on-time delivery.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Accurately enter customer orders and coordinate fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product availability, scheduling, and service-related inquiries
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse teams, and operations staff to support order fulfillment and resolve delivery or inventory issues
• Assist with purchasing activities, including obtaining pricing, creating purchase orders, and coordinating material orders with approved suppliers
• Track order status and delivery timelines, communicating updates proactively to customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, purchase orders, vendor communications, and fulfillment activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials, products, and services are available to meet customer and project requirements
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipment delays, and customer concerns through collaboration with suppliers and operations teams
• Support inventory replenishment efforts by communicating material needs and assisting with stock monitoring activities
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and order fulfillment processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a customer service or client support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, or working with vendors and suppliers is preferred
• Knowledge of purchase order processes, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment workflows is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM, ERP, purchasing, or customer service software
• Experience with RFMS is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
