Broadridge is seeking a Client Relationship Administrator to oversee delivery of contracted services and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded. You will build strong client relationships, provide day-to-day advice, and coordinate with operational teams and subcontractors to meet client requirements.

The role emphasizes experience in client relationship management, coordination across teams, and monitoring service performance.

Competenze

• Experience in client relationship management, account support, or service delivery.
• Ability to coordinate work across teams and keep track of schedules, risks, scope, and budgets.
• Experience monitoring service performance, working with metrics, or preparing reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and responsive client support.
• Organized approach to managing multiple priorities and following established procedures.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address routine issues and elevate others appropriately.
