Specialist.PH is launching SpecialistHQ in East Idaho and seeks a part-time coordinator to handle briefs and frontline communication. You will translate agency requests into detailed briefs for video editors, track reviews, and ensure timely feedback via email and chat.
Most work is asynchronous with flexibility to set your schedule. You will need strong writing, attention to detail, and basic marketing knowledge to brief editors on audience, offers, and brand guidelines.
We're launching SpecialistHQ here at Specialist.PH.
Remote (East Idaho only!). 15-20 hours a week. $15-20 an hour.
At SpecialistHQ we do video editing for marketing agencies. Each agency has its own email and chat setup, and we seamlessly work inside their preferred channels. Your job is to catch what the agency asks for, write it as a detailed brief, give it to our video editors, and get the review links back so agencies (or their clients) can watch it.
The editors cut the videos. You simply keep the requests, briefs, links, and revision notes straight so work doesn’t stop.
Check in on email and chat for new requests and revision notes. That might be Slack one week and Microsoft Teams the next. We match whatever the agency already uses.
Write a brief the editor can follow: what the agency wants, what changed from last round, examples of what success will look like, due date, files, and any brand or format notes.
Send the job through our project tool (we will show you how) and send the video review link back to the agency when the cut is ready for their review. And follow up relentlessly if a review hasn’t happened.
Keep versions straight. If they asked to undo a change from last round, that has to be in the brief.
Talk with all kinds of marketing agency managers or operators. Some know Premiere inside out. Some have never edited a video. You should be able to work with either one and still give our editors a brief that makes sense.
15-20 hours a week. You pick your schedule. Most of the work is async. Replying within an hour or two is acceptable during regular business hours, immediate replies are ideal when on the clock. After hours requests can wait until the next day or next block of time you’re available.
You live in East Idaho and can work from home. Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Rigby, and nearby towns are all fine. There is no office.
College students can apply. You do not have to be in school though.
You will need:
$15-20 an hour, based on experience. 15-20 hours a week. Remote, East Idaho only. We’ll supply training on our in-house video post-production project management tool.
