Clients Blackbox, Inc. is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors.

We seek a highly organized Creative Project Coordinator to manage video projects, perform QA, and keep creative workflows running smoothly as a full-time remote contractor. Responsibilities include coordinating video projects from assignment through completion, tracking deadlines, revisions, and deliverables, and providing actionable feedback to editors.

Formación

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Strong project coordination and time-management skills.
• Able to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing details.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Preferred: Video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

• 1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

• Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion
• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
