Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a highly organized Creative Project Coordinator to manage video projects from start to finish. You will track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables, perform QA on pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting, and provide actionable feedback to editors.

The role is a full-time remote contractor position in the United States, with international applicants encouraged. Excellent English and strong attention to detail are required.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

• 1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion
• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
• Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
• Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors
• Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization

Preferred: Video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.
