Job summary

Specialist.PH is launching SpecialistHQ in East Idaho and seeks a part-time coordinator to handle briefs and frontline communication. You will translate agency requests into detailed briefs for video editors, track reviews, and ensure timely feedback via email and chat.

Most work is asynchronous with flexibility to set your schedule. You will need strong writing, attention to detail, and basic marketing knowledge to brief editors on audience, offers, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail across file names, links, timestamps and revisions.
• Ability to manage multiple client threads without mixing rounds.
• Clear written and verbal communication for briefs and updates.
• Understanding of audience, offer, brand and call to action in marketing contexts.
• Familiarity with common video formats (shorts, ads, YouTube, talking-head).
• Some light video editing experience and revision history is a plus.
• Familiarity with Premiere or similar tools to discuss cuts and captions.

Responsibilities

• Check email and chat for new requests and revisions, adapting to Slack or Teams.
• Write a detailed brief for editors with changes, due dates, files and brand notes.
• Submit work through the in-house project tool and share review links with agencies.
• Keep version control and ensure briefs reflect any revert requests.
• Communicate with marketing agency managers to clarify needs and formats.
• Maintain async-friendly communication; respond promptly during business hours.
