24 Seven Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to support the post-production team by resizing, updating, and optimizing video assets for multiple platforms while maintaining brand standards. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable following established creative guidelines to execute revisions on schedule.

The role offers in-office Tue/Wed/Thu with Friday half-day remote, approximately 25–30 hours per week, from 9/21 to 12/31, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate video editing experience.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro (Basic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with in-house post production team.
• Create resized and reformatting versions of video content for social media, digital advertising, websites, and other platforms.
• Create and update video end cards, including calls-to-action, branding elements, and messaging updates.
• Organizing footage, project files, and media assets while keeping consistent folder structure
• Remove, replace, or adjust audio tracks, voiceovers, sound effects, and music as needed.
• Produce international versions of videos, including implementation of translated copy and localized graphic elements.
• Implement branding updates to ensure consistency with current brand standards. Make copy and text revisions as requested by internal stakeholders.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and technical compliance across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and revisions while meeting deadlines.

This role focuses on resizing, updating, and optimizing video assets for multiple platforms, audiences, and markets while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working within established creative guidelines to execute revisions and deliver polished content on schedule. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established creative and brand guidelines.
• Team friendly attitude, willing to handle critical feedback and collaborate with in-house team.
• Familiarity with video formatting specifications for digital and social media platforms.
• Experience working with subtitles, translations, and localized content is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Preferred Skills Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Understanding of video codecs, exports, and platform-specific delivery requirements.
