Job summary

Valued Pharmacy Services, part of the NFP ecosystem, seeks a Client Success Coordinator in Chesterfield, MO. You will bridge clients, prescription benefit consulting, and clinical program management while collaborating with analytics, consultants, and external partners to optimize prescription benefit programs.

The role emphasizes accurate data, program integrity, and proactive communication. Requires healthcare experience and a patient-focused mindset, with in-office days most weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, CPhT, or other healthcare credentials preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates SCAP member and specialty pharmacy calls, enrollment in copay programs, and audits claims.
• Assists with Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) and Direct Procurement Solutions (DPS).
• Identifies IMM drug utilizers, sends letters, and maintains CRM lists.
• Supports reporting requests and client reviews; aggregates PBM/consulting outcomes.
• Performs monthly data audits and works with BI to fix data issues.
• Maintains CRM Zoho with monthly updates to keep records current.
• Sends weekly AI alert emails to brokers and clients on high dollar and outlier claims.
• Collaborates with PBM partners to resolve member issues and plan problems.
