The role emphasizes data integrity, CRM management (Zoho), and proactive communication to support broker and client reporting while maintaining HIPAA compliance and ethics guidelines within a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPhT or healthcare credentials preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related industry.
• Strong communication, learning agility, and ability to work with MS Office tools.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data integrity is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate copay program enrollment and auditing.
• Support client reporting and performance reviews.
• Maintain CRM Zoho with current client data.
• Collaborate with analytics, consultants, and PBM partners.
• Prepare weekly AI alert emails to brokers/clients.
