Job summary

NFP Rx Solutions in Chesterfield, MO seeks a Client Success Coordinator to bridge clients, prescription benefit consulting, and clinical program management. You will collaborate with analytics, consultants, and partners to optimize programs and ensure the seamless integration of clinical initiatives.

The role covers copay program support, patient assistance, IMM outreach, reporting, data integrity, CRM maintenance, and AI alert communications. Four days in office, one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPhT preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn quickly and resolve issues; proactive mindset.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SCAP activities: enroll in copay programs, run audits, and manage trackers.
• Support Patient Assistance Program and Direct Procurement Solutions.
• Manage IMM outreach, member letters, and CRM updates.
• Handle client and broker reporting; assist in client performance reviews.
• Ensure data integrity through monthly audits; collaborate with BI team.
• Maintain Zoho CRM records and respond to weekly AI alert emails.
• Collaborate with PBM partners for case management and issue resolution.
