Job summary

Microbac is hiring a Customer Relationship Coordinator in Warrendale, PA. The role supports the Customer Relationship team by delivering world-class CX to Tier III clients, handling onboarding, reporting, and clering tasks, and coordinating with management/operations to resolve basic issues.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of laboratory processes, with weekend support for field activities and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• General technical industry knowledge evidenced by understanding of concepts and instrumentation.
• Understanding of EPA FDA USDA regulatory standards related to analytical testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide world-class customer experience for Tier III clients.
• Handle administrative duties: calls, emails, data entry and clerical tasks.
• Maintain professional contact with assigned Tier III clients and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with management and operations to resolve basic customer issues.
• Review COA and invoices with customers during onboarding to ensure tests and reporting formats meet requests.
• Field leads and transfer to appropriate sales or technical staff.
