The Customer Relationship Associate is a front‑line role handling sample intake and timely processing to support laboratory personnel. Based in Dayville, CT, this full-time position emphasizes client interaction, accurate data entry, and cross‑functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment with benefits including

Qualifications

• Client service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with lab staff and non-technical individuals.
• Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and delegate tasks when necessary.
• Familiarity with regulatory testing requirements (FDA; EPA).
• Ability to plan, organize and lead projects.
• Commitment to service excellence and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and liaise between the client, CRM account management team, and lab staff.
• Manage logistics of client projects ensuring timely and cost-effective work while meeting quality standards.
• Receive and process samples with triage and prioritization per requirements.
• Store and organize all processed samples.
• Maintain sample retention and storage.
• Prepare and provide sample supplies to customers.
• Maintain and grow client satisfaction through collaboration with stakeholders for timely deliverables.
• Data input and updates in databases, spreadsheets or other systems with integrity.
• Coordinate communications between internal departments and functions.
• Monitor project progress and delegate tasks as needed.
• Communicate technical data to leadership and clients.
• Suggest new service possibilities based on client needs.
• Work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
