Job summary

Fieldstone A&E in Tampa, FL is seeking an Assistant Client Manager to support Client Managers and project teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

You will coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Designers and Technicians, oversee communication with clients, and help manage contracts and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for client service and architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or engineering preferred.
• 8+ years minimum of progressive experience in the construction industry with proven organizational skills.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Experience coordinating with Architects, Engineers, Designers and Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Define scope of work and communicate client standards.
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Designers and Technicians to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Prepare project files, contracts, and coordination documents.
• Manage communications with clients and vendors to align on project requirements.
• Support the Client Manager and project teams to streamline workflows.
