Job summary

Fieldstone A&E is seeking a Client Manager to lead client relationships, review project progress, and ensure alignment with client goals across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining profitability. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in production home building or project management is required, along with strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in production home building or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Lead project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals.
• Oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, and ensure profitability.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services with existing clients.
• Represent Fieldstone A&E at client meetings and industry events.
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
