Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and client experience across direct and programmatic accounts.
• Bridge clients with Kargo’s internal teams and ensure campaigns launch on time and to spec.
• Build warm, trust-based client relationships to position Kargo as a reliable partner.
• Deliver performance reports with clear takeaways for clients.
• Identify and flag discrepancies in assets, tagging, and reporting early.
• Spot upsell and renewal opportunities and route them to sales or senior CS.
