Job summary

Kargo is seeking an Associate Account Director for the Customer Success team to oversee performance marketing on social media for Retail, eCommerce, and Travel clients. You will support Account Directors, optimize campaigns, and train users on Kargo Commerce software from a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Facebook advertising experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, with familiarity across Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and 3rd party

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Facebook advertising and campaign management experience.
• Knowledge of performance marketing goals and methods (ROAS, Dynamic Ads, omnichannel).
• Experience managing large ad budgets and cross-platform campaigns.
• Proactive problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a fast-paced startup.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat marketing (plus).
• Experience with 3rd party social platforms (plus).
• History of managing a small team.
