Katz Media Group in New York City seeks a proactive support professional to assist Account Executives in pre- and post-sale activities, coordinate across traffic, production, digital, promotions, and deliver campaigns with precision. You will build client-ready materials using PowerPoint and Salesforce, track campaigns, and help with billing and reporting.

Competenze

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus.

Mansioni

Support Account Executives in pre-sale and post-sale processes (proposal development, order entry, campaign tracking, reporting).
Coordinate with traffic, production, digital, promotions to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Prepare sales materials (presentations, recaps, client documents) using PowerPoint and Salesforce.
Monitor campaign performance and assist in client reporting and renewals.
Manage deadlines and deliverables to meet client expectations.
Liaise between sales, programming, and operations for alignment.
