Job summary

Kinective is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to support the Client Success team in delivering a proactive, high‑quality experience for Kinective Clients. You will manage day‑to‑day client engagement, enable adoption, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams while developing toward Customer Success Manager ownership.

Qualifications

• Client-oriented, organized, and task-driven.
• Clear communication; quick learning of software and processes.
• Ability to coordinate across internal teams and deliver client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Build productive relationships with assigned Client contacts and learn their business objectives.
• Serve as day‑to‑day contact for routine questions and coordination needs.
• Prepare for Client meetings by gathering status updates, risks, and feedback.
• Participate in Client meetings and document decisions, owners, and next steps.
• Coordinate training and adoption activities with Professional Services and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain sections of Client account plans, success plans, and meeting agendas.
