Job description

Assist develops a Salesforce-based platform for staffing and recruiting organizations, with a focus on healthcare staffing. Our platform helps agencies and health systems manage the full provider lifecycle — from credentialing and onboarding through scheduling, billing, and compliance. We serve a growing portfolio of enterprise clients and are building the team that will take us to the next level.

The opportunity

As a Client Success Associate at Assist, you are the primary day-to-day partner for a portfolio of clients using the Assist platform. You don't just field tickets — you consult. You learn each client's workflows deeply, anticipate where they'll hit friction, and guide them toward getting more value from the platform over time.

This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, platform expertise, and operational problem-solving. You'll work closely with the Director of Operations and collaborate across Implementation, Product, and leadership to make sure clients are set up to succeed — not just at go-live, but for the long haul.

What you will do
Client consulting and relationship management
  • Own day-to-day relationships for an assigned portfolio of Assist clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand client goals, surface adoption gaps, and drive platform utilization
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize client workflows and configuration — bringing recommendations, not just answers
  • Translate client business needs into actionable requests for the Implementation and Product teams
  • Maintain accurate client health metrics, activity logs, and notes in Mission Control
Platform support and issue resolution
  • Serve as the first line of support for client questions, configuration inquiries, and platform issues
  • Triage incoming cases, resolve what you can directly, and elevate to Implementation or leadership with clear context when needed
  • Document recurring issues and patterns; contribute to internal knowledge base and client‑facing resources
  • Partner with Implementation on post‑go‑live support handoffs to ensure a seamless client experience
Client advocacy and internal collaboration
  • Represent client perspectives internally — surfacing trends, friction points, and feedback to the Services Manager and Product team
  • Collaborate with the Implementation team on client escalations requiring deeper platform configuration work
  • Contribute to the development of client success playbooks, onboarding checklists, and standard operating procedures
  • Support renewal conversations and client satisfaction initiatives in partnership with leadership
What we are looking for
  • 2+ years of experience in a client success, account management, or consulting role — ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex platform concepts for non-technical users and communicate up to leadership with clarity
  • Natural relationship-builder who takes ownership and follows through without being managed
  • Comfortable working across multiple client accounts simultaneously, with strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Curious about how software works and energized by figuring out why something isn't behaving the way a client expects
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/platform environments is required
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, locums, or workforce management industries
  • Hands‑on Salesforce experience — user‑level or admin‑level
  • Exposure to staffing agency operations, credentialing workflows, and provider billing
  • Experience working in a startup or high‑growth environment where processes are still being built
Working at Assist

This is a full‑time remote position. As a Client Success Consultant, you'll own a real portfolio of clients from day one — with the support of a Services Manager and a collaborative cross‑functional team behind you. You'll have visibility into the product roadmap, a seat at the table when client needs shape platform priorities, and room to grow as the team grows.

Assist values people who take ownership, communicate clearly, and make things better than they found them. If you're energized by deep client relationships and the challenge of helping organizations get more out of a platform they depend on, we would love to talk.
