Job summary

Compose.ly is seeking an Account Manager to serve a portfolio of about 25 clients, owning the relationship, experience, and delivery plan. You will partner with your pod to execute SEO, content, and performance marketing.

In this role you will build deep client understanding, conduct monthly check-ins, onboard new clients, and manage timelines across multiple accounts using Asana and the Compose.ly platform. You will deliver reporting that translates data into business impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management or client services experience at a marketing agency.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing, comfort reading marketing data.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of each client's business and strategy, run monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews.
• Own client onboarding, manage timelines and scope across multiple clients in Asana and the Compose.ly platform.
• Deliver tiered reporting and translate performance data into business impact for stakeholders.
