Job summary

Search For Hire is seeking an SEO Account Manager to own 6–8 client relationships across healthcare, fintech, and AI‑driven industries. You will lead strategy discussions, solve complex client challenges, and partner with senior stakeholders, backed by an internal team of SEO specialists, editors, link builders, and growth engineers.

Over time you can grow into a senior leadership role, building your own pod and leading a dedicated team in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing SEO or digital agency role.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: content, on-page, and off-page.
• Proven track record of owning results for high-value accounts — not just managing tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Client Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for 6–8 accounts; lead strategic discussions and drive retention.
• Project Oversight: Translate strategy into deliverables; coordinate with internal SEO, editorial, and engineering specialists.
• Reporting & Impact: Own monthly performance reporting; use data to tell stories and make proactive recommendations.
• Strategic Partnering: Challenge clients constructively with proactive SEO growth plays and roadmaps.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with Director of Ops and CEO to improve delivery systems.
