Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a post-sales support leader to act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating with Delivery, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure value realization.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and project-management skills, with a focus on meeting SLAs and KPIs. Collaboration with Sales and Finance is essential for forecasting and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales/sales support/client service/account management experience.
• Experience with accessing/using a variety applications and systems (SFDC, KPI, BI Portal, OA/QTC, Sales Spot, Usage Reporting Systems).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single post-sales support point of contact for customers for value & impact conversations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries, onboarding & implementation, product teams, and training needs.
• Document customer use cases and KPI adoption, and track user/product utilization.
• Identify and coordinate customer training needs for 4-5 account executives.
• Ensure delivery of contracted products/services to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs as defined in contracts.
• Support Sales, SR. CSMs, and other CSMs with contract management, forecasting and negotiation; demo products as needed.
