Job summary

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Client Service Analyst to support clients in the Indianapolis area. The role focuses on learning the software, building long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional service from our Carmel, IN headquarters.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, educate clients on features, and help optimize product performance while maintaining a strong client experience. In-office environment with occasional flexibility, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in SaaS, software support, or client success.
• Healthcare terminology knowledge or experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to ensure clientsatisfaction.
• Become a product expert with the support of our internal teams.
• Educate clients on product features and enhancements using virtual technology.
• Analyze the current configuration of Clinical Architecture products as it relates to ongoing business needs.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize software performance and the client’s ROI.
• Proactively seek opportunities to broaden client knowledge of best practices.
• Document and share client utilization and product performance with internal teams.
• Translate client needs into actionable items.
• Efficiently respond to inquiries, both written and verbal.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and test software enhancements.
