EBizCharge in Irvine, California, is seeking a full-time customer success/ account management professional to proactively contact clients, build warm relationships, and ensure a positive experience with our payment integration solutions.

You will verify software usage, gather referrals, explore partnership opportunities, and document updates in the CRM. Strong communication, independence, and drive are essential; excellent benefits and a 401(k) match are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to learn fast and work independently as well as within a team.
• Must be driven with a strong work ethic.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact all assigned clients to build warm personal connections and ensure a positive experience.
• Identify from clients how the company can improve and share with management.
• Reassure clients and communicate with clients until concerns are resolved.
• Verify the business software clients use and ensure all clients are utilizing products including integration and email payment tools, and other products.
• Obtain positive customer surveys, online reviews, references, and client referrals. Three referrals requested after all positive client interactions.
• Discover if clients belong to any associations and work with any software resellers - generate potential partnership opportunities for the company.
• Enter all updates correctly in the company’s CRM system and notify relevant parties if impactful changes are requested by accounts.
• All other tasks as directed by sales leadership.
