Job summary

EBizCharge, headquartered in Irvine, California, develops integrated payment solutions for ERP/CRM and eCommerce apps. The Director of Strategic Partnerships will grow our ecosystem of partners by working closely with the VP, Channel Partner to identify, prioritize, and manage relationships.

You will hunt for new partners, engage with current partners via calls and webinars, and drive joint marketing campaigns while traveling up to 40% to attend trade shows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter, prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Experience with ERP/CRM partner ecosystems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new partners and develop existing partners.
• Engage with current partners via phone, email & webinars.
• Generate new business from current partners by engaging their sales teams and running partner marketing campaigns.
• Stay up to date on new product enhancements to relay to partners.
• Qualify and develop inbound partner referred merchant leads.
• Complete accurate tracking of communication with current partners in CRM.
• Travel up to 40% to attend different Trade Shows.
