Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn fast and work independently as well as within a team.
• Good work ethic and flexible hours.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in the onboarding process of new clients.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Prepare and send out agreements for signature.
• Enter and maintain all information correctly in Salesforce.
• Notify appropriate parties of impactful changes requested by clients.
• Effectively multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Help clients dispute chargebacks by gathering documentation.
• Assist the Administration team with other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and various departments.
