Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in client account management or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Manage multiple client accounts by maintaining communication and providing updates about products, services, and status.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
• Resolve client issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal departments to onboard and integrate new clients smoothly.
