Job summary

Ranson Barnes Recruitment Ltd is seeking two Client Relationship Managers to manage the full client journey, from onboarding with project managers to growing accounts and ensuring software is used to its full functionality.

The role focuses on delivering top-level customer service, training clients, and acting as a trusted partner across platform users, bridging internal teams and client needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in technology and software products.
• Strong relationship-building and account management mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client relationships to maximise software usage and adoption.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of each client’s business through meaningful communication.
• Be the main contact via phone, video calls and webchats; support clients transparently.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, Product Owners and Testers to enhance the client experience.
