Job summary

Endsight is seeking a Client Strategy Manager (CSM) in Napa, CA for a hybrid role requiring proximity to the office and client bases. You will manage an assigned client portfolio, acting as both technical advisor and trusted partner, guiding IT solutions, budgeting, roadmaps, and executive communications.

You’ll collaborate with multiple Endsight teams to ensure exceptional client experiences, focusing on strong relationships, service excellence, and proactive support across cloud,

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Technical Account Management or IT consulting/IT leadership roles
• Experience with IT budgeting and technology roadmap development
• Experience in presenting to C-level executives
• Experience with ROI analysis; ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
• Strong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure technologies
• Strong aptitude for Customer Service
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
• Able and willing to collaborate as part of a team
• Respond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focus
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of clients and serve as a technical and consultative resource.
• Collaborate with Endsight departments to support clients in utilizing, maintaining, and implementing IT solutions.
• Prioritize client satisfaction by thoroughly understanding and addressing IT needs, fostering strong professional relationships.
