Job summary

Endsight seeks an IT Strategy Consultant (CSM) to manage a portfolio of client IT strategy engagements. You will collaborate across departments to design and implement IT solutions, focusing on cloud and infrastructure, ROI, and executive-level communication.

You’ll be based near Napa in a hybrid role, traveling to client sites as needed, and guiding projects from concept to measurable outcomes. Requires 2 years in IT strategy/management and strong C-suite presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years in IT strategy/technical account management or IT leadership roles
• Experience presenting to C-level executives
• Experience with ROI analysis
• Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Willingness to collaborate across teams
• Hybrid role requiring proximity to Napa, CA office

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of client IT strategy engagements
• Collaborate with Endsight departments to support client IT solutions
• Prioritize client satisfaction and manage accounts efficiently
• Guide clients through cloud and infrastructure initiatives
• Translate technical concepts into business terms for leadership
• Support emergency situations with poise and focus
